Terms and Conditions of Ahad City, Lahore

  1. All instalments of plot should be paid before the 10th of the month.
  2. Non payment of three months of instalment in a row shall incur cancellation of the plot without notice by the society and the allottee shall not press any legal charges.
  3. At the time of payment of instalments please bring your File and get the instalment receipt signed and stamped by the society.
  4. All payment must be deposited in Ahad City Company account, any amount given in cash or deposited in any other bank account is not the responsibility of the society.
  5. After plot number has been allotted there shall be no refund of membership and booking fee.
  6. The possession and demarcation of the plot shall be given to the buyer after all charges including development charges and registry intekal charges have been paid.
  7. The instalment prices of the plot shall remain the same for the duration of the instalment plan and shall not be increased by the society.
  8. All charges of Registry Intekal documents shall be paid by the plot owner.
  9. In case of plot cancellation by the owner, a deduction of 50% from the deposited amount shall be taken and balance amount shall be refunded in the same manner as deposited by the buyer.
  10. During instalment payments of the plot if the owner passes away, the society shall offer special discount to the next of kin.
  11. Membership and Booking fee are non refundable.
  12. After all charges have been paid by the owner, the possession of the plot shall be handed over.
  13. All legal matters shall be resolved in local courts only.
  14. In case of any issue that may arise on the land of plot then the society has the right to change, replace or shift the plot. Your plot shall be safe with the society.
